Your 100 Trillion Cells Need Phosphatidylcholine
Aging is not a single process. The process leads to decline in physical, sensory and mental capabilities. Current research shows that it is possible to slow down, stop and even reverse the aging processes. The end game of this post is to stay younger as we wait for more knowledge.
February Reading List
I always have a book or two on my desk that I’m reading.
I’m currently reading, “Transcend: Nine Steps to Living Well Forever”. This is a fascinating book that breaks down a lifestyle with the goal of living long enough to live forever. The “long enough piece” is accomplished by taking a hard look at one’s lifestyle and making prescribed changes. The “forever piece” is waiting for medical technology advances to occur to give us the ability to live much longer than we do right now.

Welcome…
Thank you for stopping by. It’s not by chance you’ve arrived here. Over the coming months, visit often as begin to share how I’ve learned to live and love completely with a sense of awe. My purpose in life is to be helpful in the areas I’ve been blessed.

Miracle Morning Timer
I’m a fan of the Miracle Morning routine. I’ve waited more than two years for someone to come out with a good timer that would work for the six steps or time blocks called for in the book, Miracle Morning. Several have attempted app in the Apple App Store, but all have fallen short.
This morning I decided to hunt for a solution. I found a website called Interval Timer. It allowed me to quickly set up the six intervals for Silence, Affirmations, Visualizations, Exercise, Reading and finally, Scribing.
Using the web interface was easy and I had the timer working in less than five minutes. It also provides a link to easily get back to the timer or share with others. I’ve provided the link here.
Share with me your experiences of using the time and how the Miracle Morning Routine has affected your life.
